The 10-second video has been viewed more than 1.2 million times. The video was shared by adviser to Ukraine’s interior minister Anton Gerashchenko on Thursday.
The video appears to show the moment when Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced at the CSTO summit on Wednesday that he would not sign a draft joint declaration of the Russian-dominated alliance of ex-Soviet states.
The six members of the CSTO are: Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Russia.
“I closed the meeting, thank you very much. Thank you very much,” said Pashinyan, before starting to rise from his seat.

Later, Putin is seen dropping his pen on the table in front of him, while a visibly surprised Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko looks on.
“Nikol Pashinyan refused to sign the declaration after the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) summit. In fact, that means the CSTO has completely collapsed. Putin dropped his pen, Lukashenko was shocked,” Gerashchenko tweeted. NewsweekFriday (25/11/2022).
