KOMPAS.com – The 2023-2024 Champions League schedule will feature Milan vs Newcastle and PSG vs Dortmund.
Milan will host Newcastle on the first matchday of the 2023-2024 Champions League Group F preliminary round.
The Milan vs Newcastle match in the Champions League schedule will take place at the San Siro Stadium on Wednesday (20/9/2023) starting at 23.45 WIB.
The Milan squad has the potential to reunite with Sandro Tonali who is currently in the Newcastle United uniform.
Milan defender, Fikayo Tomori, admitted that he was looking forward to meeting Sandro Tonali again, even though he was no longer in the same team.
“It was a pleasure to meet Sandro after he left,” said Fikayo Tomori, quoted from Milan’s official website.

“We played a lot of games together, but we will be professional,” he added.
“When the whistle blew, we were no longer friends. “We all want to win,” he said.
On the other hand, Milan coach, Stefano Pioli, was very happy to meet Sandro Tonali in the match against Newcastle.
He believes that the Italian player is an important part of Milan’s journey to win the 2021-2022 Italian League title.
“It’s very nice to be able to meet Tonali again because he will also be able to meet Milan again,” he said.

“Sandro was very important in our development, who led us to win the title, so we will receive him with affection,” he continued.
The match against Newcastle could be Milan’s chance to recover after suffering a 1-5 defeat to Inter in the Derby dela Madonnina.
Moving on to another match, PSG will meet Borussia Dortmund on the first matchday of the 2023-2024 Champions League Group stage.
The PSG vs Dortmund duel in the Champions League schedule will take place at the Parc des Princes Stadium on Wednesday (20/9/2023).
PSG defender, Marquinhos, talks about the competition in Group F of the Champions League. He said that Les Parisiens being in the group was not easy.
“I think this is a difficult group with the emergence of a number of historic teams in it,” he said.
