Elis is a woman with a butterfly tattoo whose body was found in the Cisadane River, Tangerang City, last Wednesday 14 December 2022. At that time, the victim’s body was found floating wrapped in bed sheets.
Tangerang City Metro Police Chief, Kombes Pol Zain Dwi Nugroho said details of the reconstruction began at the location of the first crime scene (TKP), namely in the Grand Pinang Senayan housing complex, Pondok Aren, South Tangerang City.

“In the victim’s house, which was rented, there were 41 scenes. Starting from 4 days before the suspect learned how to strangle people to death and remove their bodies via the internet, then the murder occurred,” said Zain, Wednesday (4/1/2023).

“Arriving at the Serpong Cisauk Bridge location, the suspect saw the situation around then got off, then threw the victim into the Cisadane river and got back into the victim’s car and then headed to Solo,” he explained.
To note, the suspect sold the black Honda HRV B 1012 DFQ car belonging to the victim to the suspected collector who has also been secured by the Tangerang City Police Criminal Investigation Unit with the initials AM alias Sion and MK in the Solo area, Central Java.
