Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison (IOH) is disconnecting work (layoffs) to more than 300 employees due to the rightsizing initiative.
IOH Director & Chief of Human Resources Officer Irsyad Sahroni said that this rightsizing initiative was based on future business strategies and comprehensive considerations, which are expected to be a strategic step for the company.
He said the rightsizing measure had gone smoothly and 95 percent of the affected employees agreed.

The compensation package offered to employees is an average of 37 times the wage, even the highest is 75 times the wage.
According to Irsyad, this number is significantly higher than the requirements of the applicable law.
