This complaint has been widely reported by users on Reddit’s social media accounts, where most of the iPhone 14 series users have encountered the same problem or bug.

After facing long protests, Apple has finally launched the iOS 16.0.2 update which can solve the camera bug problem that exists on the iPhone 14 series, quoted from Macrumors.
In addition, iOS 16.0.2 is also claimed to be able to fix a number of other problems that iPhone 14 Pro users have often complained about, such as a blank or black screen when the user runs setup, the VoiceOver feature that disappears after restarting, and bugs that interfere with the application for copying & pasting. .
In its official announcement on Friday (23/9/2022), Apple explained that the iOS 16.0.2 update can help a number of Apple’s older units such as iPhone X, iPhone XR and iPhone 11 to repair unresponsive screens.
To get all the facilities from iOS 16.0.2 users are required to download this update, the user first goes to the Settings section then selects the General menu then clicks Software Update after that download the iOS 16.0.2 update document.
If the update has been successfully downloaded, the user can immediately install the update.
