Attorney General’s Office (AGO) said the suspect in the corruption of the fictitious project PT Waskita Beton Precast (WBP) Hasnaeni Moein aka ‘Golden Woman’ was not cooperative when she was about to undergo an examination.
Director of Investigations at the Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes at the Attorney General’s Office Kuntadi said the ‘Golden Woman’ often tried to trick investigators when they wanted to be questioned.
“The person concerned has been absent several times, summons have been made, which means he is not cooperative. Therefore, investigators have picked them up,” he said at a press conference, quoted Friday (23/9).

Kuntadi said Hasnaeni was still trying to avoid investigators by pretending to be sick and asking to be hospitalized. It also coordinates with the hospital and the doctor concerned.
“Last night the person concerned came to MNC Hospital to ask for treatment. Because he was sick, on the basis of this condition, we consulted with the management and the doctor concerned,” he explained.
However, said Kuntadi, Hasnaeni’s strategy failed miserably. The team of hospital doctors assessed that the Golden Woman was in good health and could be presented for examination at the AGO.
“The conclusion is that the person concerned is in good health and can be presented at the prosecutor’s office,” he said.
The determination of the suspect, Hasnaeni, was colored by ‘drama’ after he screamed hysterically when he was about to be taken into the AGO’s detention car.
Hasnaeni wears the AGO prison vest. He was also seen in a wheelchair with his hands handcuffed. In addition, he also tried to cover his face with a white cloth.
In this case, the AGO has named seven suspects for corruption in a number of fictitious projects related to the construction of toll roads and the procurement of stones, sand and land sales.
The seven suspects are Former Marketing Director of PT Waskita Beton Precast with the initials AW, General Manager of Waskita Beton Marketing AP, BP Marketing Expert Staff, and retired Waskita initials A.
In addition, former President Director of PT Waskita Beton Precast Jarot Subana, former General Manager of PT Waskita Kristadi Juli Hardjanto, and President Director of PT Misi Mulia Metrikal Hasnaeni.
The suspects are suspected of having committed unlawful acts or abusing their authority by carrying out fictitious procurements, procurement of goods cannot be utilized, and some procurements cannot be followed up. In this case, the state loss reached Rp. 2.5 trillion.
The suspects are alleged to have violated Article 2 paragraph (1), Article 3 in conjunction with Article 18 of the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 31 of 1999 in conjunction with the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 20 of 2001 concerning the Eradication of Criminal Acts of Corruption in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) of the 1st Criminal Code.
