Bali (ANTARA) – A subsidiary of PT Pelindo (Persero), namely PT Jasa Armada Indonesia Tbk (IPCM), has the potential to distribute higher cash dividends in 2023, compared to cash dividends in 2022.
IPCM Director of Finance and Human Resources Reini Delfianti in a Media Gathering in Bali, Friday, said that the distribution of cash dividends this year has the potential to increase in line with the increase in the company’s net profit which reached IDR 150.6 billion in the 2022 financial year.
“Of course we will continue to pay dividends. So that dividends to investors continue to increase in line with the achievement of profits, “said Reini.
It has not been able to state with certainty the amount of the cash dividend, which will be determined at the company’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) on June 21, 2023.
However, if you pull it back, last year the company’s Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) was 80 percent of net profit for the 2021 financial year or the equivalent of IDR 109.3 billion or IDR 20.71 per share.
At the end of 2022, he reminded that IPCM had distributed an interim dividend of IDR 19.41 billion or the equivalent of IDR 3.68 per share.
“For yesterday’s achievements in 2022, in December 2022 IPCM has already distributed an interim dividend, if you say it’s an appetizer to investors at the end of December,” said Reini.
This company in the field of pilotage and ship delay services posted a net profit of IDR 47.14 billion in the first quarter of 2023, or an increase of 25 percent year on year (yoy), compared to the previous IDR 37.7 billion in the same period in 2022.
The net profit was supported by the company’s net income which increased 36.84 percent (yo) to IDR 291.56 billion.
IPCM’s net revenues were contributed by ship service revenues amounting to Rp 236.44 billion, as well as ship management and other transportation services which were Rp 13.5 billion and Rp 41.61 billion respectively.
